pydantic model neuralset.extractors.neuro.MegExtractor[source][source]¶

MEG feature extractor.

Parameters:

picks (default = ("meg",)) – pick “meg” channels by default. On systems whose files carry gradient-compensation information (CTF, but not Elekta or KIT), MNE resolves "meg" to the reference channels as well: 300 rather than 272 on a CTF-275. Those sit away from the head and measure the room, so pass ("mag", "grad") to get head sensors only on every system.
